I make these small soapstone sculptures out of blue soapstone to match the Arch Linux logo. Soapstone is a joy to work with, and the sculptures are crisp and well defined.
The free-standing sculptures are about 2" (50 mm) wide and 3/4" (18mm) thick with. They are heavy enough to serve as a paperweight, but are designed mostly with decoration in mind.
